Tatting, Tat-Around

A month ago, I decided to be a member of a round robin ; I never did it before, I never do a pattern myself ; it was a dream to do it.
So, imagine ; I was scarry, to don't have enough time, to don't have any creation idea.
More, I'm working more with shuttle than the needle ; so I had to relearn the needle tatting.

So it was a great adventure for me ; I spent a big part of the night to create the pattern for the 4th row ; my daughter stayed with me giving her advice.

Finally, I did it and I'm very proud of it.

It was great and I recommend tatters to do it ; don't be scarry..... I received many encouragements from members of my team.. they are wonderful people.

[u]First, the online class[/u]. I follow the pattern of Mindy and after I decided to change it following my own way ; in place of picots, I put beads around the heart.

[u]Second point in tatting [/u].
I decided to be a part of Tat Around ; great initiative in designing.
We have 2 doily with 4 rows ; I'm in the "B doily" and I will make the 4th row ; I'm a little afraid ; I hope that I will be in time..... and also my creation will be there.

[u]Third point[/u].
I'm also a partner in a Thread Exchange ; today I received the names of my 5 partners.
Tomorrow, I will go in town to buy some cards about Saint John.

The last new, I will publish it tomorrow.

My cat, Plume

I decide to present one of my cats, Plume. She is an extraordinary cat, very smart ; yesterday, I could take pictures of her ; she is a "mitten cat" ; in fact, she has 5 fingers on each paw instead of 4.

Plume means "feather" ; it's because of the white hair that she has on her nose that we have chosen that name ; she is 7 months now.

She can open doors, turn the light on, just to awake her Mom during the night etc.. etc...
