After waiting a long long day today.. no,........ baby is not there.

I have something to write....

First : my group becomes active... it's great to see people with the same passion, interest... great great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did an Easter Exchange and I received of Irma, beads, a shuttle, a doily and a card of Santiago and the Easter Card.

I scanned  the card and I grouped the different tatted decorations.

I have been really spoiled.

Another point in tatting : we are the sister-group of Roger ; so we received a banner from our Big Brother !!!!

And now, the point !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we have in our group Papid, a man from France, who is doing a lot for the group and he suggested one day a Tat A round.. Round Robin... anyway now, it's the Friendship Doily (great words)

So, Micheline designed the first row and I did the second row; I started yesterday evening and I finally had a result of my different tests at 4.30 am.. yes....I decided after that to draw the pattern with my program and here is the result :

Once again, it was for me a great experience and I will do what I can to maintain tatting in the world.

As I could see, we have a lot to do in Europe ; (French parts of Europe)...

I have to translate a big part of my texts in English and French.. because if they see one word in English..... they are blocked.. so I'm doing all my best for them.

I'm really happy to have help of Roger and Georgia.

I'm sure I could not do it alone.

Nothing this week.... but....

Georgia is back and we will have a new lesson (I found an excuse...)

Teddy.

I made Pandi, a little panda ; he is little and I had a lot of trouble with the black color ; difficult to find the stitches because I worked with a size 12 hook....The result is not perfect, but good...

I choose Pandi because of my children ; when Johannie and Laura were young, they were listening the same song and the same disc, over and over and over...

I knew the song by heart... just because .....Pandi, Panda, Petit Ourson de Chine...... all the day...grr.....

A new Baby..

Emily ; I changed the display for my babies... I hope that collectors will continue buying them... sometimes just a little difference and..... nobody at the end.

And, and..... perhaps, next week and real baby to show... my grandson....

On Thursday 24th of March, the doctor must say what he will do for Laura, my daughter......

The time looks to be so long now and the poor Laura is every day at the hospital for tests and tests.... poor her... I can not help her with my flu...

But, she will be happy after all that... and Mamie too, believe  me..

Easter Card Exchange

I organized an exchange with my tatting group and here is my work for my partner.

I made a little flower from the book : Tatting Collage (Lindsay Rogers)

I used Finca thread n.12, pink and variegated green.

In the center of the flower I glued delica beads.

She will receive beads, a shuttle and a postcard of Saint John.

The T.A.T. program.

I did not know that it was so difficult ; I have to use size 10 thread, no white, no variegated... very difficult for me who always use fine threads.

Polymer Babies

I had a big surprise today when I came back ... one of my baby was USD 178.00 ; it was impossible ; after, the lady from Spain wrote a message telling me that she did a mistake.

I had to cancel her bid.. and now the baby is USD 23.00.;(( (c'est la vie!!)

But I created a new one : Elaine.

she is cute and she is on Ebay for the moment.

I crochet all the clothes.

After 2 weeks I did not know what to do, I decided to restart my mini bears creation.

I designed Dalila

I added a white tail, a basket with eggs and I made her of acrylic thread.

I brushed her and she has a fluffly look.

I created also a new polymer baby.

Her name is Shelley.

I crocheted a little blanket for her and I sew the little hat.

I have more to show but now, it's time for online tatting class with Georgia.

I met a very talented person ; she sent me messages and comments, always nice...

I decided to open a tatting group in French with the help of Georgia and Roger and the group is working now.

But I would like to show you the talented person..
